Booking Requirements

Doorways & Gates

First and foremost, your hot tub Site must be accessible. If access to your site requires us to move through a doorway or gate, it must be a minimum of 3O" wide and 80" high (the size of a normal doorway).   

Pathways

We transport our hot tubs by rolling them so the access path and site needs to be clear of any standing water, snow, or other debris (like dog poop!).    


Parking

There needs to be parking for our delivery truck AND TRAILER for the duration of the set up and teardown (Typically takes 1 and a half to two hours.).


Structure

Your hot tub site must be level, strong, and sturdy enough to support the immense weight of a hot tub (most decks, balconies and yards are fine). Specifically: 

220 hot tub: 1,838 lbs or 92 psf (pounds per square foot)

300 hot tub: 2,390 lbs or 104 psf

Footprint

The 220 hot tub requires a 6 ft diameter hot tub.

The 300 hot tub requires a 6.5 ft diameter hot tub.

***Add 2 ft for hot tub surrounds.



PROXIMITY TO ELECTRIAL OUTLET AND SPIGOT

LOCATION OF HOT TUB MUST BE 100 FEET FROM WATER SPIGOT AND WITHIN 35 FEET OF AN ELECTRICAL OUTLET.

Sizing Information

The 220

The 220 hot tub is a perfect option for a cozy hot tub experience. The compact size is ideal for smaller spaces and would be great for couples or small gatherings. The hydrotherapy jets and LED lighting create a relaxing ambiance for users to enjoy. Overall, the 220 hot tub is a practical and enjoyable addition to any home or get together.

The 300

The 300 is larger and deeper than the 220 with a 6 person capacityand is an option with plenty of features for relaxation and hydrotherapy. The Poseidon Jet being the most powerful in its class is definitely a bonus for those looking for a more intense massage experience. The multi-colored LED lighting adds an extra touch of ambiance as well along with with eight hydrotherapy jets. Overall, it seems like a great choice for those looking to unwind and enjoy a soothing soak solo or with others.
