Frequently Asked Questions

No way! Our hot tubs boast an exceptionally simple and robust design that has been in existence for more than 30 years. The design is unique in that it is barrier-free, doing away with the conventional stiff seats found in acrylic tubs. Instead, the tubs are soft, which offers an unparalleled level of comfort.

Two shakes of a lambs tail! Each location and package level has its own variables. While our one package can be set up in as little as 30 minutes, the wonderland and lavender haze packages may take longer. Due to varying factors, this is why we book two-hour windows for your hot tub setup to ensure that it is done perfectly so you can just relax.

48-hour rentals include the 48 hrs plus till the following morning. So if you rent on a Wednesday @ 4:30, we will pick up on Saturday am between 9-12. We do all pickups the following morning after your rental period has ended(so essentially you get a free night). We are closed on Sundays so we will not do any set-ups or pick-ups that day, so if renting in a period that Sunday would fall on your pick-up morning, it defaults to Monday am pick-up.

With our service, you can enjoy the ultimate relaxation experience in your hot tub right after we finish setting it up for you with preheated and treated water - no waiting necessary!

Nope! One of the most unique aspects of our hot tubs is that they plug into a standard 120v/15a three prong grounded outlet. Per our booking requirements, an outlet is required within 35 feet of your setup location.

The hot tub motor consumes approximately 4 kilowatt-hours (kwh) of electricity per day, at an average air temperature of 65°f. Considering the current electrical rate of around 13¢ per kwh in lexington, ky, you can expect your electricity cost to increase roughly 52¢ cents per day.

We'll make sure to drain the water from the hot tub onto your property within 250ft of where it was set up. Don't worry, we'll take care of everything!

Did you know water weighs a lot? In fact, our 220 hot tub model roughly weighs 1,838 lbs when it's filled, and the 300 model weighs approximately 2,390 lbs. So, it's important to make sure you place your hot tub on a flat, level, and sturdy surface. Don't worry, you have lots of options! Backyards, decks, and patios are perfect, but you can also get creative. As long as you have a safe and sturdy surface, access to electricity, and a way to get hot water to the site, you're good to go!

The space you need depends on the package you rent.

The one 220/300 hot tub packages require 6 to 6.5 ft diameter footprint.

The wonderland 220/300 packages require 8 to 8.5 ft diameter footprint. .

The lavender haze package requires a 10x10 ft hot tub diameter footprint.

No, unfortunately its not possible to get it to the roof with water and electricity available but we like how you're thinking.

While we certainly don't recommend an indoor setup, it can be done. Things we ask you to consider before requesting an indoor location is:

Are the floors ok getting wet?

Is the area properly ventilated?

Will the steam from the tub damage your walls or ceiling?

During our set-up/teardown process, there will be water moved to and from and around the area. Is it ok getting wet?

Will my insurance cover damages to my property if I set a hot tub up inside my house?

Nope! You don't have to do anything special when using our hot tubs. However, to keep the water clean and fresh, we recommend adding the floating hot tub sanitizer when you're not using it. This will ensure a more enjoyable and relaxing experience for you and your guests.

We take great care to ensure that the water is treated with utmost care and attention. We start by using just a tiny amount of granular chlorine, about two teaspoons, to keep the water clean and fresh. But that's not all, we also use a mineral purifier which not only destroys bacteria but also makes the water feel much softer and smoother. This means that our hot tubs are treated with much less chlorine, approximately three to five times less than a typical hot tub. So, you can enjoy your soak knowing that we've got your back!

Using personal bubbles and salts in the hot tub is not allowed as it can cause damage to the liner and motor. We want to make sure you have the best experience possible, so please refrain from using any personal additives as it is prohibited. Please ask us about our spa crystals which can be added to a package or come complimentary with a package as these are designed and safe to use with our hot tubs!

Maximum water temperature is 104℉.

If you have questions about hot tubs, or if your child has a pre-existing medical condition, you should ask your child's pediatrician for advice about hot tub use. In general, children under the age of 5 should not use a hot tub due to the risk of overheating, dehydration, and drowning. For older children, here are some additional guidelines to consider per the pool and hot tub alliance (PHTA):

Heat: if your children are going to be using a hot tub, the PHTA recommends turning the thermostat down to 98 degrees. However, children should be limited to 5 minutes at a time and should never play for more than 15 minutes.

Height:Children should not be allowed in hot tubs unless their heads are completely out of the water when they stand on the bottom of the tub.

Hydration:Children (and adults) should avoid dehydration by drinking fresh water while using the hot tub. If anyone using the hot tub feels sleepy, nauseous, or dizzy, they should exit the hot tubimmediately.

Immersion:It's safer for children to sit on benches or jump seats that allow partial immersion. In fact, it's recommended that children avoid complete immersion in a hot tub.

The Consumer Product Safety Commission recommends a maximum soak time of 15 minutes.
